This accessory monitors and collects temperature and relative humidity (RH) in your wine cellar. The readings are displayed on your eSommelier system and the data recorded for future use. Reports can be easily generated showing the temperature and humidity values for a particular date range. These reports can be used to authenticate a wine's storage history for auction or sale. E-mail alerts can also be set up to inform you if the temperature or humidity exceeds a user-defined range. The Temperature/Humidity Sensor simply plugs into one of the USB ports on any eSommelier system. The distance between the sensor and the eSommelier system can be extended up to 500 feet using standard Ethernet cable.
