Customer Service Representative
Vinotemp International is a growing manufacturing and distributing company has an opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative with highly developed phone skills. Candidate must possess great customer service skills, a positive can-do attitude, proficient computer skills, be detail oriented, have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Strong ability to problem solve / troubleshoot a must! Ability to provide clear and concise data entry of all customer interactions will be necessary.
Refrigeration knowledge and previous customer service experience required (Refrigeration/cooling system/wine cellar related knowledge) - Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. This is a full time, permanent position only.
