Thank you so much for your help in working out a problem that I have experienced with my Vinotemp wine cooler. I am the General Manager for an 85 year old national concrete restoration company, and it has always been part of our company culture that customer service be first and foremost. It is refreshing to see that the folks at Vinotemp practice a similar philosophy. You took the time to diagnose the problem that I was experiencing and then you very generously arranged for me to receive the proper replacement parts. I was particularly impressed with the detailed information that was available on your website on how to replace specific components on my wine cooler. While I may not need another wine cooler anytime soon, given the kind of customer support that you have demonstrated, I would certainly return to Vinotemp again if the occasion were to arise.
