I would like to thank the Service Team for their efforts getting my wife's wine fridge back in action. My model was apparently difficult to identify but they took the extra time to suggest sending some pics to help identify the right part. They called me back when they found the part and made sure the shipping was right. My wife is still shocked that we were able to really get it fixed! I appreciate how they stood behind their product.
